There are two types of products and services offered on the DNG Platform and, specifically, The IT Guru website. Our returns / refund policy varies for each type so please read the following carefully so you clearly understand your rights.
Products and Services supplied by THE IT GURU
Here at The It Guru we’re very confident you’re going to love our products and services. That’s because we put a lot of energy into everything we create for you.
But we also understand that sometimes a product just isn’t a good fit. This’s why we offer you the protection and security of a 100% money-back return policy. Depending on the product you purchased, we have a 30, 60, or 90 day refund policy in place.
How Refunds Work
With the exception of month-to-month subscriptions, when you buy one of our products you can ask for a refund within the refund period of the product, no hassles, no questions asked. The refund period starts from the day you purchased the product unless otherwise specified.
Any and all physical materials you might have received, such as physical books, DVDs, CDs and the link, need to be returned to us in order for your refund to be processed.
Of course, digital products you’ve downloaded cannot be “returned” to us, so we trust you will not either resell or otherwise redistribute those files. Also, if you get a refund and continue to use a product you purchased from us, it is a violation of intellectual property rights laws (in other words, it’s stealing, and that’s just not right).
All “recurring” products on a month-to-month billing cycle have a 60 day money back guarantee on the FIRST month’s billing ONLY. All subsequent months are subject to a 30 day refund period.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email your refund request to support@dngtech.com.au. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us process it quickly.
NOTE: It may take up to 14 days for your refund to be credited back to your account.
While not required we’d really appreciate you telling us why you’re requesting a refund. We won’t use this information to try and “sell” you something else but we do take feedback seriously, and it really does help us make better products and improve our sales process. We want every customer to be satisfied!
Products and Services supplied by THIRD PARTIES
The IT Guru also provides recommendations and links to third party sites that allow you to search various suppliers for products and services. Neither DNG Technology Pty Ltd nor The IT Guru are the suppliers of these products and services so anyone purchasing from one of these suppliers should first read the supplier’s ‘terms and conditions’ listed on their website.
Each supplier’s terms and conditions are different and govern their policies for both the sale and return of goods.
